Getting Started

 

Ready to start? Here are the steps to getting started at CrossFit Shine:

 

1. Attend a Free Introductory Class

  • Free! (click here to register online)

  • One-hour session that will give you a great introduction to CrossFit and answer any questions you may have. We welcome anyone to our gym regardless of experience. Lee, our certified coach, will safely expose you to the basic movement techniques of CrossFit and guide you through it all. 

  • Arrive 15 minutes before class to fill out the waiver.

  • Wear something you are comfortable exercising in.

  • Bring water!

 

2. Sign Up for Membership

  • If you enjoyed the workout and overall experience, we invite you to continue by signing up for membership!
